From 15 to 17 September 2026, InterSupply will showcase the entire production and supply chain for modern tobacco products and alternative products – from raw materials and machinery to packaging technologies. Nine out of ten exhibitors come from abroad, underscoring the international character of the trade fair.
Visitors can compare new products and technologies from all over the world in a compact and direct manner, test the performance of machines or packaging devices, and hold important discussions with decision-makers. This provides reliable insights for investments, process optimisation and in-house production.
The supporting programme offers additional guidance: practical specialist presentations, discussions on market trends and innovation impulses ensure that InterSupply, as a compact source of information, enables three days of full business development.

From the subway station “Westfalenhallen” (line U45) you can reach the exhibition grounds in just 10 minutes from Dortmund main station. Alternatively, the U46 will also take you to the “Westfalenhallen” stop in about 5 minutes. The stops are barrier-free and well signposted.

Visa form
In accordance with the decree issued by the Federal Foreign Office on 24.07.2013, a letter of invitation from the trade fair company is generally not required. If you still require such a letter, you can create it yourself by filling out the form with your personal details. After submitting the form, you will receive your invitation letter by e-mail.
Due to the high volume of applications for trade fair and business visas, we recommend that all visitors and exhibitors apply for their visas early. Schengen visas can be applied for up to six months before the start of the trip. Please note that, depending on the season, waiting times for visa appointments can range from around four weeks to two months. In addition to the regular application process via VFS Global, additional options are available for trade fair business, such as Eagle Track, short-term special appointments for business travelers, and special appointments for trade fair exhibitors. Early planning helps to ensure that all applications are processed on time.

WLAN
Messe Dortmund offers free WLAN via the CityWLAN of the City of Dortmund. Connect to the “Hotspot Westfalenhallen” network, accept the terms and conditions and you can start using the WLAN.
Accessibility
The exhibition grounds are completely barrier-free. Halls 4 to 8 are connected at ground level, and the upper halls and the congress area are accessible via elevators. Disabled toilets with Eurokey locking systems are available in all halls. Wheelchairs can be borrowed for a deposit at the North Entrance (limited availability).
