Please note that the decree issued on 24/07/2013 by the German Department of Foreign Affairs advises the visa offices of German embassies and consulates worldwide about the following: The required documents accompanying a visa application of a trade visitor or exhibitor wanting to visit a trade show in Germany do not need to include a visa invitation letter issued by the trade fair organiser.
